Senior Attorney Timothy N. Logan

Attorney Logan graduated cum laude from West Virginia University in 1982, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh with Honors in 1989. While in law school, he was a member and editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce and President of the Christian Legal Society. He was also the recipient of the Rothman Labor Law Award as well as being a published author. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in December of 1989 and to the West Virginia bar in May of 1990.

Prior to opening his own practice in his hometown of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, he clerked on the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals with the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann. He then practiced with the law firm of Furbee, Amos, Webb & Critchfield in West Virginia for several years. Attorney Loganís practice focuses on real estate transactions, gas and oil issues, estate planning and probate of estates. He handles personal injury actions, serves as solicitor for several municipalities and has served as Greene County Mental Health Hearing Officer for ten years.

Attorney Logan is a member at Waynesburg First Assembly of God, where he has served as a deacon, Sunday School teacher, lay speaker, and a vocalist. He is a member of Gideons International and speaks at churches throughout the area. He is a board member of the Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce as well as Greene County Habitat for Humanity and has coached little league baseball, soccer and tennis. He is a past president of the Greene County Bar Association and he also belongs to the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar Associations.

Attorney Logan enjoys singing, performing in community theater and playing tennis. He lives in the Ruff Creek area with his wife, Sandra and his son, Jason, a Waynesburg University student. His daughter and son-in-law, Rebekah and Michael Wood live in Waynesburg.
