Attorney Simms received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College in 2008 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne University in 2012. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in May 2013. Prior to his admittance to the bar, Attorney Simms worked for several local law firms and also interned with the Greene County Public Defender's Office.

Engaged in the general practice of law, Attorney Simms represents clients in matters including domestic relations, civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury claims, real estate, wills and estates, juvenile matters, DUI charges and other criminal matters.

An avid outdoorsman, Attorney Simms spends much of his spare time hunting and fishing in Greene County, and also spends time with his family. He is a resident of Waynesburg along with his mother, Teresa Simms; his father, Michael Simms; and his brother, Marcus Simms.
